Job responsibilities: 1. Assist in handling booking, release, document verification, trailer customs clearance, cargo tracking, settlement and other related matters for shipping companies and shipping agents; 2. Assist business manager to maintain the international agent; 3. Responsible for the production of shipping documents and related documents, and do a good job in the audit of various documents, document archiving and so on; 4. Responsible for entering accounts receivable and payable, arranging invoicing and tracking accounts receivable according to the company's regulations; 5. Regularly update the sea freight and shipping schedule of regular routes of the company; 6. Keep close contact with factories, domestic and foreign customers, deal with all kinds of suggestions put forward by customers in the operation process in a timely manner, and actively communicate and maintain customer relations.

Qualifications: 1. Have certain Chinese and English foundation, master Chinese and English listening, reading and writing skills, able to read and reply Chinese and English emails; 2. More than one year experience in freight forwarding operation and management, good at communication and coordination of the team, familiar with the operation of the international freight forwarding industry in Vietnam, with documents, freight forwarding, transportation and related import and export trade knowledge; 3. Skilled in the use of logistics and freight management software, office software, work seriously, carefully, with responsibility and customer service consciousness, with the ability to lead the team to develop business capacity, team personnel insight, co-ordination ability and strong pressure resistance.
