1. Responsible for guiding and coordinating factory warehousing and logistics planning and improvement, including warehouse layout, distribution models, packaging containers, tooling, and logistics equipment systems. 2. Oversee the advancement of lean logistics initiatives and improve the maturity of advanced factory warehousing and logistics management modules. 3. Responsible for the training and development of warehousing and logistics talent in the factory. 4. Manage logistics planning for raw material warehouses, finished goods warehouses, and spare parts warehouses, including the implementation of current manual logistics models and future smart logistics planning, with ongoing lean diagnostics and improvements.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, under 40 years old. 2. Experience in frontline warehousing with a focus on business process optimization and warehouse space optimization. 3. Experience with lean management and relevant project experience. 4. Ability to handle and manage multiple materials. 5. Willing to be stationed overseas (Africa).
