职位职责
1. Build and manage the forwarder sales team according to the company's freight forwarding business development requirements; 2. Take advantage of the resource platform provided by the company, lead the team to develop new customers, dig out old customers, and complete freight forwarding income indicators; 3. Responsible for contract management, account management and timely collection of receivables; 4. Have the ability to independently develop major customers of freight forwarders and train sales personnel to improve sales performance;
职位要求
1. College degree or above, more than 1 year working experience as sales supervisor and sales manager of international freight company (international) Working background of a well-known freight forwarder is preferred. 2. Familiar with the shipping of the east South American shipping line and the stable supply of goods in the east South America (the long-term price in the east South America); 3. Familiar with the situation of freight forwarding market in shandong; 4. Good public relations skills, language expression skills, organization and coordination skills; 5. Know about hazardous chemicals, including pharmaceutical intermediates and agricultural products; 6. Employees of gas tank/liquid tank related businesses shall be admitted in advance 7. With stable overseas import orders, salesman with independent development of overseas market will be preferred
