1. Assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets, designing budget model templates, organizing budget meetings, reporting budget progress, finalizing budgets, distributing budgets, and monitoring & analyzing budget execution; 2. Build and enhance the overall cost control system, improving budget management, cost control management, and company profitability; 3. Manage the budget execution process, ensuring that the company's budget system is implemented, regularly analyze costs at various links, and provide corrective recommendations; 4. Identify and analyze financial risks related to personnel, vehicles, locations, and operational processes, deeply investigate cost anomalies, and propose solutions; 5. Organize cost control special projects, assign tasks, and track execution for process management; 6. Standardize cost accounting rules, organize the implementation of daily and monthly cost forecasts and management reports; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Management, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field; 2. Over 5 years of experience in budget management, financial analysis management, and cost control management in courier or express companies; (Essential) 3. Familiar with the main processes and work content of budget management, cost control, and business analysis; 4. Strong organizational and coordination abilities, excellent communication skills, and sharp analytical, logical, and judgment skills, with outstanding financial data analysis capabilities; 5. Proficient in data analysis tools with exceptional data extraction and processing capabilities.
