职位职责
Main Duties and Responsibilities Handling of administrative affairs Answer telephone, receive visitors, provide basic counseling and guidance. Assist in arranging meetings, activities, etc., including booking meeting rooms, sending meeting notices, preparing meeting materials, etc. Responsible for the procurement, distribution and management of office supplies to ensure the adequacy and rational use of office supplies. Assist in handling procedures of employee on-boarding and off-boarding, etc., and updating employee files. Documentation Assist in organizing and filing all kinds of documents to ensure the security and accessibility of documents. Responsible for printing, copying, scanning, faxing and other daily work. Assist in handling mail and courier collection and delivery to ensure timely delivery of information. Office environment maintenance Responsible for office hygiene and cleanliness, keep the office environment neat and orderly. Regularly check the operation status of office equipment and report faulty equipment for repair in a timely manner. Assist in maintaining the company's office order to ensure that the staff's working environment is comfortable. Assisting team work Assist team members to deal with daily affairs, provide necessary support and assistance. Participate in team meetings, record the content of the meetings and follow up on the implementation of the meeting resolutions. Communicate company policies and notices in a timely manner to ensure smooth and accurate information.
职位要求
- Good Knowledge of MS Office(word,excel,ppt) - Excellent communication skill(Oral & Written)-English & Chinese - Good in emails and Follow ups - Preferred candidates in Chinese-female
