1. Interface with local customers regarding computing power requirements and coordinate IDC maintenance work; 2. Maintain the infrastructure of cloud computing services, including storage and network equipment; 3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure stable system operation; 4. Maintain integrity and professionalism, actively communicate with partners, and drive problem resolution and business development.

1. Management experience in a technical position, at least at the team leader level, capable of interfacing with external customer needs; 2. Over two years of operations and maintenance experience, familiar with IDC infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and firewalls; experience with Huawei Cloud and Super Fusion equipment is preferred; 3. Proficient in cloud service platforms, with experience using at least one cloud service such as AWS, Huawei Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud; 4. Ability to independently build and manage monitoring and alert systems; 5. Familiar with Linux operating systems, knowledgeable in database management, and possess certain programming skills; 6. Good English reading and writing skills; 7. Willingness to travel, primarily to Brazil, with an estimated two months of travel each quarter; 8. Bachelor’s degree or above.
