职位职责
Job responsibility 1. Responsible for the establishment of overseas customer service outsourcing supplier system, including but not limited to outsourcing team building and training, indicator formulation, business collaboration, supplier evaluation, etc.; 2. Managed and supervised the outsourcing team to ensure that the overall delivery of suppliers reached the business objectives; 3. Through on-site operation management and analysis of operation delivery results, problems existing in service providers' re-operation were found, processes, standard design and product optimization were adopted to reduce the recurrence of problems and ensure user experience.
职位要求
Job requirements 1, fluent English, can be used as a working language; 2, cross-border e-commerce overseas customer service outsourcing team building experience is preferred; 3, strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and customer orientation, strong communication skills and team spirit, strong ability to work under pressure; 4. Strong business understanding ability and sensitive awareness, able to actively explore and analyze user demands and pain points through data analysis, problem classification, etc., with strong ability to promote and solve problems; 5, can adapt to a certain degree of business travel. Bonus point 1, fluent English, can be used as a working language; 2, cross-border e-commerce overseas customer service outsourcing team building experience is preferred
