职位职责
1. Develop and execute overseas market expansion plans, including market entry strategies, sales goals, marketing policies, and supply systems, to ensure the achievement of sales and profit targets. 2. Develop and manage the overseas distribution market by identifying, evaluating, and developing distributors, and building a comprehensive overseas distribution network. 3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors by regular communication and visits to understand customer needs and feedback, and assist them in scaling their business. 4. Continuously track and analyze overseas market dynamics and trends, including industry development, competitor situation, and customer needs, and adjust market strategies based on analysis results. 5. Coordinate internal departments and resources, including product development, to support distribution network sales and marketing activities, efficiently meeting customer needs. 6. Build and develop a high-performing team over time.
职位要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, any major. 2. 3-5 years of overseas sales experience, with preference given to those familiar with channel and agent management, and with existing overseas B2B client resources. Ability to deeply understand client pain points and needs, present effective solutions to align with client strategies, and drive projects forward. 3. Familiar with market research, policy formulation, client development, risk control, and legal regulations. 4. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as a working language. Second foreign language skills are a plus. Rich experience in developing overseas business and willingness to travel abroad. 5. Clear logical thinking, strong desire to succeed and drive, outgoing personality, and proactive in learning.
