职位职责
1. Responsible for project requirement research, communicating with national sales staff and clients to explore and guide needs, and providing solutions. 2. Develop standardized industry solutions and continuously track and improve their application. 3. Train sales technical staff and clients on product solutions. 4. Conduct industry research, including analyzing competitors' solutions, regional policies, and future industry trends. 5. Collect and feedback pre-sales issues, write requirement analysis reports post-client communication, and provide reasonable solutions based on client needs. 6. Manage and support the progress of related promotional activities in the region.
职位要求
1. Over 2 years of experience in security industry solutions, project pre-sales, or technical support. 2. Familiar with security monitoring system integration and proficient in communication, storage, and network equipment. 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, awareness of industry solutions, and good solution writing and technical communication abilities. 4. Willingness to be stationed regularly and a strong work ethic. 5. Proficiency in English as a working language.
