Job Qualifications: 1. 3 years and above English technical support work experience; 2. Good language skills, English can be used as a working language, fluent in listening, reading and writing ; 3. Good learning ability and strong customer service consciousness; 4. Strong technical research ability, with independent analysis, summarize the problem ability, have a good document writing ability; 5. Experience in finance and securities industry is a plus.
