Job responsibilities: 1, new projects to fully identify customer needs and output customer standards; 2, participate in the new product development process four major reviews and gatekeeper; 3, NPI stage quality issues to promote improvement; 4, new products, new processes, new equipment review and buyoff; 5, participate in ECN / FMEA / QCFC review; 6、 Coordinate customer audit and quality complaint RMA processing; 7, leading quality meetings with customers; 8, Customer performance improvement promotion; 9, Customer VOC collection and improvement promotion; 10, Finished product risk assessment.

Requirements: 1, Bachelor degree or above, with 3 years and above CQE/PQM working experience; 2, skillful use of quality tools and customer complaint handling process, with green belt certificate; 3, fluent in English listening, reading and writing; 4, cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and diligent work, strong communication skills, stress resistance and teamwork spirit. 5, Preferred: experience in lithium battery Cell/Pack is preferred.
