For customers who need to make appointments, communicate with relevant departments or personnel in a timely manner to ensure that customers are received in a timely and effective manner. Telephone answering and transferring Answer the company's telephone, politely and accurately convey the information, for can not directly answer the question, timely transfer to the relevant departments or personnel. Record important phone calls and report to relevant personnel in a timely manner. Mail and Express Handling Responsible for receiving and distributing the company's daily mail and express parcels to ensure timely and accurate delivery to relevant departments or personnel. For important or urgent mails, notify relevant personnel in time. Administrative Support Assist in completing daily office administrative work, such as printing, copying, document organization, etc. Assist in organizing internal meetings or activities as needed, including venue setup, item preparation, etc. Information Communication and Feedback Actively communicate with various departments to understand their needs and provide necessary support and assistance. Provide timely feedback to superiors on problems and suggestions encountered in the reception work, and promote the optimization of workflow.
