职位职责
1、负责海外公司人力资源管理、人员招聘工作; 2、在大型海外冶金企业、生产制造行业有海外业务人力资源管理从业经验,或者在大型咨询公司从事HR管理工作、做过很多海外组织及员工管理案例的人才; 3、熟悉东南亚工作模式,接受东南亚长期工作。 1. Responsible for human resource management and personnel recruitment in overseas companies; 2. Talents who have experience in overseas business human resource management in large overseas metallurgical enterprises and manufacturing industries, or who have worked in HR management in large consulting companies and have done many overseas organization and employee management cases; 3. Familiar with Southeast Asian work patterns and willing to work in Southeast Asia for a long time.
职位要求
1、本科以上学历,英语可作为工作语言; 2、5年以上人力资源从业工作经验,有一定的人力资源理论基础,有东南亚人资工作经验优先; 3、拥有良好的沟通协调能力,高度的责任感和自驱力,较强的适应能力和抗压能力,能快速融入团队并展开工作 1. Bachelor's degree or above, English can be used as the working language; 2. More than 5 years of experience in human resources, with a certain theoretical foundation in human resources, and experience in Southeast Asian human resources work is preferred; 3. Having good communication and coordination skills, a high sense of responsibility and self drive, strong adaptability and stress resistance, able to quickly integrate into the team and carry out work
