*Established the Reservations Department and improved its functions. *Established the dining sales team and refined the salary and commission incentive program. *Developed annual, monthly, and ad-hoc marketing and budgets for the overall catering department under the direction of the Director of Catering. *Developed sales plans and led departmental sales staff to accomplish the sales mission of the Catering Department. *Maintain close contact with the restaurant sales department and have co-promotions regarding conventions, exhibitions, packages, etc. Page 1 *Designate sales strategies and for important customers and potential sources according to the target market of the Food & Beverage Department and the potential requirements of customers. *Assist in the implementation of various work plans and operating budgets to develop potential source markets in a systematic manner. *Provide reference budget programs and suggest sales targets. *Responsible for the practical work of collecting, summarizing and analyzing the data of important customers and potential important customers. *Supervise the daily work of sales staff, fulfill specific sales targets, and define sales priorities for different periods. Page 2 *Provide feedback from guests and dynamics of local peer competitors to the management of the Food & Beverage Department. * Regularly evaluate the performance of subordinates, implement rewards and punishments according to the reward and punishment system, and organize and implement training to improve the quality of sales staff. * Handle the daily affairs of the Food & Beverage Sales Department and complete other tasks assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage Department
