(1) Responsible for collecting data of new customers and communicating with them, and maintaining old customers by using customer resources provided by the company; (2) Effectively communicate with customers via phone, LINKED-IN, SKYPE, WHATSAPP, etc.; (3) Provide customers with special consulting services, such as freight transportation routes and expenses, so as to promote cooperation; (4) Coordinated and dealt with the arrival demand of overseas goods, followed up customers and reached cooperative relations, solved customers' problems in a timely manner, and improved the probability of order.

(1) College degree or above, preferably in Russian as a native language; (2) Those who have been engaged in international logistics industry will be preferred.Excellent fresh graduates are also available (3) Good psychological quality, working attitude and working habit, responsible, self-motivated and good at thinking; (4) Strong communication skills and language expression skills, with clear mind and agile thinking and good customer service awareness.
