•Develop and manage the China business to drive growth and expansion. • Develop key business strategies to support payment systems, channels and partnerships for our digital content providers. • Drive the development and implementation of marketing plans to create brand awareness, user acquisition and sales of digital content. • Develop and manage relationship with all key accounts with payment channels and partnership. • Develop, motivate and manage the different functions within the organization. • Support and assist in navigating the compliance and regulatory standards related to payments. • Identify and develop key personnel and provide the leadership and environment to enable staff to grow and develop. • Develop a customer-focused environment.

• Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing or relevant field. • A minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role. • Ability to converse in both spoken and written English. • Strong interest in payments/ digital content and a knowledgeable marketer. • Ability to lead a small team in China.
