职位职责
Interface between our customers. • Take ownership of dispatched customer issues. • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. • Run diagnosis on errors or technical problems. • Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers. • Perform all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well upgrades or rework activities. • Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services. • Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined, documented and consistently applied. • Follow the applicable health and Safety instructions and regulations. • Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements. • Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriate to customer feedback on areas for improvement. • Prepare documentations and work instructions. • Participate in the claim management and RMA process. • Documentation for QA, customer feedback and analysis support. • Take over randomly on call duties
职位要求
• Education as Electrical technician or Engineer. • Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial but not mandatory. • Experience in claim handling, solution finding and execution. • Experience dealing with customers in critical situations. • Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment. • Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation. • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written). • Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools. • Driving license. • Willing to work on call duty AND to travel.
