Coordinates with operations and integrated planning and for procurement production planning and timely dispatch. 4. Ensure routine follow-up and procedures are followed, and implement updates and improvements needed, Support regional peoples forthe shop development. 5. Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market inteligence. 6. Training the team about product knowledge & sales skill for improvement. 7. Analysis sales person & make plan for improvement. 8. Plan for brand promotional work & implement in area.

1. Bachelor's degree and above. 2. At Least 1 year. 3. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training, Team Management, Retail Operation, Promotional Activities, Sales& Marketing. 4. Mobile industry, Electronics industry will get high priority. 5. Minimum BBA / Honors Degree in any discipline. 6. Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Presentation skill, Computer skill: Ms Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint, data analysis skill; 7. Good speaking English is Mandatory.
