职位职责
*Company Registration and Management: Responsible for the registration, establishment, and subsequent operational management of the Thailand branch, including but not limited to drafting the company bylaws and coordinating with the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI). *Market Expansion: Develop and implement market expansion strategies based on the characteristics of the Thai market, establish and maintain client relationships, and enhance the company's market share and brand influence locally. *Team Building and Management: Assemble and manage the branch team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team motivation. *Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the branch's operations comply with Thai laws and regulations, conduct risk assessments and management to ensure compliant operations. *Financial Planning and Control: Responsible for the financial planning, budget management, and cost control of the branch to ensure financial health. *Cross-department Coordination: Coordinate with headquarters and other branches to ensure efficient resource allocation and smooth business processes. *Customer Service and Support: Provide high-quality customer service, resolve client issues, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. *Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report the operational status of the branch to headquarters, conduct business analysis, and propose improvement suggestions.
职位要求
*Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields. *Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, with preference given to candidates with multinational company or overseas work experience. *Language Skills: Fluent in Thai, with the ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken forms. Proficiency in both Thai and Chinese is preferred. *Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate the team to achieve goals. *Market Insight: Keen insight into market trends, with the ability to develop effective market strategies. *Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with Thai business regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the company's business operations are legally compliant. *Financial Knowledge: Basic financial knowledge, with the ability to conduct financial planning and analysis. *Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people from different cultural backgrounds. *Problem-solving Ability: Capable of quickly identifying problems and providing solutions.
