职位职责
1. Answer customers' calls and answer customers' questions in time; 2. Conducted telephone interviews with new and old customers, conducted user surveys, understood customer needs and answered questions; 3. Be responsible for comprehensive analysis of customer demands and market development goals, understanding customer status, establishing complete customer information files and giving risk tips; 4. Responsible for receiving customer consultation and complaints, recording service events and handling opinions in detail, and collecting and reporting problems in time; 5. Collected and sorted out customers' opinions and Suggestions, conducted work reports, and reported timely feedback; 6. Establish good consulting and service relationship with customers to increase customer communication satisfaction; 7. Responsible for dealing with relevant customer demands and other related work matters according to business authority; 8. Implement company management decisions and promote market development;
职位要求
1. Full-time college degree or above, major in finance, economy or related, with industry experience is preferred; 2. Have 1 year or more working experience in telephone service, sales, consulting, etc.; 3. Good language expression and communication skills, learning and adaptability, as well as certain anti-pressure ability, fluent in standard mandarin; 4. Good professional ethics and accomplishment, good teamwork spirit, rigorous and responsible work, objective and positive affairs, correct and diligent attitude; 5. Strong observation ability, ability to analyze and solve problems, and ability to solve problems in emergency; 6. Proficient in Internet and computer knowledge, and proficient in office software; 7. Native speakers of Thai are preferred, while bilingual speakers of Thai and English are preferred
