职位职责
Job Description:
- Develop end user and industry system integrator customer in the education/retail/ finance/ buildings/energy (one of it ) industry in Thailand, find out potential customers and business opportunities, responsible for product marketing development and sales, and complete the company's annual sales plan and payment collection tasks
- Promote various industry segmented products of the company according to customer project requirements such as security monitoring equipment, video intercoms, smart parking lots, access control alarms, smart locks, drones, thermal imaging, video conferencing, smart fire products, etc. Collect competition information to insight industry market, find out potential target customers
- Make customer relationship develop strategies, develop new customers, maintain and improve customer relationships, regularly visit and communicate with customers, explore customer pain points and requirements to guide products sales
- Coordinate company resources to do a good job in project pre-sales, sales and after-sales for customers to manage and win project from customer, maintain good cooperative relationships, handle customer complaints in a timely manner, consolidate and improve customer relationships and customer satisfaction;
职位要求
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of project sales experience, priority will be given to candidate who has local energy, education, retail, finance, real estate industry customer resources in Thailand.
- Familiar with the organization structure and business decision-making procedure of target customers, and have experience in project follow-up and risk control
- Strong market analysis and product promotion capabilities ,sensitive on markets and customers, be able to explore new customer and project opportunities
- Have positive spirit and aggressive attitude, good expression and communication skills, and ability to analyze and solve problems
- Have independent ability to development customers, build customer relationship and commercial negotiate skills; be quick to respond, have strong expressive skills, and have affinity
- Honest and upright, cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility, good at communicating with others, and good at teamwork
- Passionate about sales work, courageous to accept challenges, and strong ability to withstand pressure
- English can be used as a working language, and it is preferred to have Chinese language ability at the same time.
