职位职责
Main Responsibilities Customer reception: responsible for receiving visiting customers, providing professional etiquette guidance and reception services to ensure that customers feel the company's enthusiasm and professionalism. Activity Support: Participate in important activities organized by the company, such as business meetings, celebration ceremonies, etc., responsible for on-site setup, process arrangement and etiquette guidance to ensure the smooth progress of the activities. Language Translation: Provide interpretation and translation services in English or other foreign languages according to the needs of the company to ensure smooth communication within and outside the company. Cross-cultural communication: assist in dealing with misunderstandings and conflicts in cross-cultural communication, provide guidance on cultural sensitivity, and promote good relations between the company and foreign customers. Information Feedback: Collect customer feedback on concierge services, report to company management in a timely manner, and make suggestions for improvement. Etiquette training: Provide regular training on etiquette knowledge for company staff to enhance the overall image and service level of the company.
职位要求
1. Decent features, good image quality, height around 175CM; 2. College degree or above, 20-30 years old; able to understand Chinese, communicate freely, fluent in English, etc. 3. Experience in hotel and hospitality management is preferred. 4. Native English speaker is preferred. 5. 5. European and American nationality is preferred. 6. Annual salary: 200,000-250,000 RMB.
