My name is Ekaterina Mezhnikova. I have over three years of experience in IT product development as a project and product manager, as well as a team leader. As a leader, I have built internal processes for my team, written regulations, and personally selected and onboarded new team members. My education in web development helps me understand all ongoing processes, speak the same language as the development team, and immediately offer realistic solutions to business needs. My soft skills allow me to build effective communication with the business side, conduct negotiations, and manage all processes with a focus on results. Among the projects I’ve worked on are: A service for finding and assigning freight forwarders, as well as container tracking. This service is used by over 100 freight forwarders and employees in the foreign trade department. A platform for the purchasing office in China. The platform has over 100 active users and includes a demo version of a mobile application. It has automated more than 20 internal processes and increased employee efficiency. My responsibilities also included participating in annual company conferences and training employees to use the software we developed.
