My role with Westan focuses on driving the growth and expansion of a dynamic commercial solutions

• Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are being met and fostering customer loyalty
• Designing and executing sales strategies to drive market share growth, focusing on increasing brand awareness and achieving revenue targets.
• Collaborating with clients to assess technical requirements, developing tailored solutions, and delivering high-quality proposals aligned with their goals
• Organising and leading proof of concept (POC) activities to showcase the effectiveness and value of solutions to prospective clients.
• Monitoring and analysing market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refining go-to-market strategies.
• Working closely with vendors and technical partners to ensure optimal integration, performance, and end-user satisfaction for solutions.
• Providing training and technical support to customers and internal teams to ensure effective implementation and utilisation of solutions.
• Maintaining detailed sales reports and tracking KPIs to measure performance, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating results to stakeholders.
