Now, I am doing a job as an Assistant HR Manager with 6+ years’ experience at Huawei Technologies (Bangladesh) Ltd (South Asia Regional Office) in the recruitment team. I have experienced more than 750 employees recruiting in the past years. I also closely work with the training & development team as new employee orientation trainers. I have completed my BBA majoring in Human Resource Management. Before joining Huawei Bangladesh I completed my master program from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China in 2018 majoring in International Business.

Assisting to the Recruitment Manager & responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function. • Manage and Communication between Project Manager & Recruiting Manager for sufficient resourcing (Manpower Planning).
