职位职责
Major responsibilities: The primary role of this person is to find new clients Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.  Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Research and build relationships with new clients. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals. Plan approaches and pitches. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.  Client Retention Add Deals and Agreement in Bitrix, and help BDM to negotiate with other departments and clients. 岗位职责: - 潜在客户信息收集; -进行渠道开发和业务拓展,通过电话营销寻找有意向客户;- 通过沟通了解客户需求,主动寻求销售机会;- 开发新客户,维护老客户,建立完善的客户信息登记;-执行电话营销项目,完成销售指标;- 负责行业销售目标及管理目标的达成;- 协助上司完成特定的项目任务。
职位要求
Requirements:  Fluency in English.  Good ability for online searching.  Great communication skills on the phone.  Good paper work experience.  Better to have BD or sales background. 任职要求:-口齿清晰,普通话标准,英文较好;- 较强的应变能力,能够承受工作压力;- 具备一定的团队合作精神和较强的学习能力;- 两年以上工作经验;-有销售经验者优先。
