职位职责
Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist the CEO to do a good job in comprehensive and coordinate the work of various departments and daily affairs, and follow up the implementation; 2. Arrange and coordinate the preparation of CEO affairs and meetings according to the degree of importance, and collect industry trends in time for follow-up; 3. Responsible for drafting text materials for CEO-related meetings and business speeches, and managing company-related affairs; 4. Organize important business meetings within the company, organize and form meeting minutes, and follow up and implement related work;
职位要求
1. Undergraduate recruitment, 0-1 years of business assistant work experience, English, finance, and computer majors are preferred, English proficiency is preferred;Europeans and Americans;Shanghai fresh graduates are preferred. 2. Have strong data analysis, ppt and plan writing ability, and be proficient in operating office software; 3. Excellent overall execution ability, good teamwork spirit, strong learning ability, strong resistance to pressure;
