The company has developed interactive online classroom products such as ClassIn, focusing on improving the quality of online teaching. ClassIn has distinctive features such as a "dual teacher" electronic classroom, and adopts various advanced technological means, such as multi person collaborative documents, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of online teaching. Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for leading the business team in overseas markets, channel expansion, product sales and management; 2. Responsible for formulating sales strategies and implementation plans for overseas markets, and organizing the implementation of plans; 3. Responsible for leading the team to achieve the company's sales goals, cultivating, assessing, and motivating the team; 4. Responsible for collecting customer demand information and participating in discussions and policies on major product directions of the company; 5. Timely understanding of industry trends and market information, promoting the company's brand: 6. Collect and organize relevant market development trends, demand changes, and customer feedback data information. 7. Responsible for team building, guiding and cultivating the business work of department business personnel, and forming excellent teams through the management, motivation, training and guidance of business personnel.
职位要求
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, etc; 2. Having good English/Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, capable of using English/Japanese as the working language, and able to communicate effectively with clients; 3. At least 5 years of customer sales experience or Internet software product sales experience in the To B industry. Good customer development and service capabilities, proficient in various international trade professional knowledge, sales skills and tools, with priority given to education industry experience; 4. Having good customer service awareness, strategic thinking, and internal and external communication skills; 5. Good personal comprehensive quality, proactive, good at learning, and willing to deeply cultivate and develop in the industry and sales field.
