职位职责
Job responsibilities: 1. Complete the recruitment of company talents, management of entry and exit, regularization, social security, and other related tasks; 2. Establish and implement various human resources processes, including but not limited to employee manuals, salary systems, employment systems, training systems, approval processes, etc; 3. The establishment and control of various cost budgets for human resources; 4. Establish job descriptions for each position and develop performance evaluation systems for each position; 5. Responsible for building the company's corporate culture, conducting daily employee interviews, and managing labor relations effectively; 6. Responsible for administrative work such as personnel scheduling, office management, meeting management, and asset management in the company; 7. Responsible for the business registration, various licenses, and qualification processing and management of the company; 8. Responsible for coordinating and maintaining local government relations; 9. Complete other tasks assigned by the company or superiors.
职位要求
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or related fields; 2. Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing; 3. More than four years of experience as a human resources manager, capable of independently completing various tasks; 4. Work diligently and meticulously, with good communication and collaboration skills; 5. Having a systematic understanding and rich practical experience in modern enterprise human resource management models; 6. Having a deep understanding of various functional modules in human resource management, able to guide the work of each functional module; 7. Familiar with national and regional labor laws and various laws and regulations.
