职位职责
Essential Functions: * Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. * Work with home HR office/teams in China to lead/adapt/implement company HR policies and procedures in US operations * Work closely with partner company HR teams to maintain positive collaborative working environment * Assists in the creation and makes recommendations in regard to Human Resources/Recruitment/Workplace/Training/Recognition and other objectives. * Coach and counsel, drive and conduct salary reviews, resolve issues, concerns and problems, and nurture and provide open communication, progressive discipline and conduct separations as appropriate. * Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, files and human resource office systems. * Manage the compilation and analyze various reports to provide management with accurate information.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree a plus Requirements: SPHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred but not required Experience: Minimum 7 years HR Leadership experience; Certificates or Licenses: HR related courses/classes/certifications preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of government labor regulations. Knowledge of employee benefits processing. Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally; Chinese speaking preferred Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy under pressure of tense/confrontational situations. Be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment. Follow directions thoroughly. Work without direct supervision/demonstrate initiative Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Human Resources budget. Maintain thorough and current knowledge of all Human Resources/employee regulations and laws, and ensure that the property is in compliance. Instruct employee in interpretation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure staffs compliance with HR policies and procedures. Coordinate and monitor recruitment, screening and reference checking of all non-exempt personnel. Maintain and promote employee benefits programs.
