Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the recruitment of business departments, using a variety of effective recruitment channels to meet the recruitment needs, according to the actual situation of each position to establish the appropriate talent pool; 2. Design personnel growth path and personnel training program for the business team, effectively formulate and implement talent development plan and follow up the implementation; 3. Provide support for the development of the team, apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide all-round solutions for the business team, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work; 4. Promote the construction of company culture and the rapid development of business.
职位要求
Position Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, 8 years and above HR work experience; 2. Familiar with the work of HR modules, and have hands-on experience in recruitment, training, performance, compensation, etc; 3. Familiar with local HR policies, laws and regulations in Malaysia; 4. Self-driven, strong thinking, serious and responsible, affinity, able to bear greater work pressure, able to adapt to the rapid development of the company's work rhythm.
