Main responsibilities International market research and analysis Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive trends, and customer needs in the international market, and provide decision-making support for the company to formulate international sales strategies. Regularly analyze sales data in the international market, evaluate sales performance, and propose improvement suggestions and measures. Customer Relationship Management and Expansion Identify and target customers, proactively establish contact with them, and introduce the company's product and service advantages. Regularly visit customers, understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and promote sales and transactions. Maintain existing customer relationships, handle customer feedback and complaints, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales negotiation and contract signing Conduct business negotiations with customers to reach a consensus on product prices, delivery dates, payment methods, and more. Draft and review sales contracts to ensure that their terms comply with company interests and legal regulations. Track contract execution to ensure timely and high-quality completion of contracts. International business coordination and communication Maintain close communication with relevant departments within the company (such as products, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of international business. Coordinate and resolve issues and disputes arising from international business, and safeguard the interests of the company. Participate in international exhibitions and business activities Actively participate in international industry exhibitions, seminars and other business activities, showcase company products, and expand brand influence. Establish connections with potential customers and partners during the event, and expand business channels. Sales reports and data analysis Regularly submit sales reports, summarize sales performance and lessons learned, and propose improvement suggestions. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, explore potential business opportunities, and provide reference for the company to formulate sales strategies.
