Your job - Coordinate day-to-day work with the Tencent Games Localization team in Shenzhen, China. - Evaluate, train, and monitor translation vendors to reach and maintain quality standards. - Review, proofread, and test content in your language according to existing quality standards. - Create reports to summarize quality evaluations. - Analyze and resolve culturally sensitive issues for your region to eliminate potential risks. - Work closely with game developers and the publishing team to ensure high localization quality.

- Native speaker of English with excellent communication skills. - Copywriting, editing, technical writing, or other relevant writing experience. - High-level of Chinese proficiency (competence in reading, writing, speaking, listening necessary). - Organized and proactive attitude. Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work with a diverse team. - Passionate gamer able to discuss current gaming trends globally and in your own region. What really gets our attention - Published articles or blog posts (big bonus for game-related content). - Previous experience in translation/interpretation (bonus for game translation). - Experience managing multiple projects across time zones.
