Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall planning of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance and compensation; 2. Responsible for the daily management of various HR modules, including employee relations, recruitment, training and performance evaluation; 3. Maintain good relationships with existing employees and actively promote long-term strategic cooperation; 4. 职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources management, psychology or related field is preferred; 2. 5+ years of manufacturing HR management experience, familiar with various HR modules; 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks and have an efficient problem-solving ability; 4. Proficient in MS office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
