职位职责
Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for financial management of the company's overseas business, including financial and tax planning, budget management and tracking, analyzing and evaluating specific business operations, key projects, and resource inputs and outputs, providing financial plans, and assisting business departments in making correct decisions; 2. Based on the actual situation of overseas business, establish overseas process management and internal control systems, standardize, supervise and inspect the implementation of financial management systems, and ensure smooth and controllable risks of overseas business; 3. Responsible for overseas tax planning, supporting tax related consulting in various business sectors, providing financial support for various business and operational calculations, establishing tax and accounting systems, and ensuring tax and financial compliance and legality; 4. Promote the development of overseas business from the perspective of financial functional support, analyze business models, and build a company transaction structure; 5. Responsible for daily accounting and tax management, budget management, expense and cost review and control of overseas subsidiaries; 6. Regularly issue business analysis reports, conduct in-depth analysis of problem points in the business operation process, and provide a basis for business decision-making.
职位要求
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of financial work experience and more than 2 years of overseas financial experience, with qualifications as a tax accountant, CPA or ACCA certificate; 2. Experience in financial connection of overseas game distribution business and Internet outbound business is preferred, experience in successful landing of Singapore projects, and experience in finance and taxation in Hong Kong, South Korea, Europe, America and other overseas regions are preferred; 3. Possess excellent tax management and overall tax coordination abilities, with priority given to practical experience; 4. Possess a global perspective, resource integration ability, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to build and maintain external relations; 5. English can be used as the working language.
