职位职责
1. Collaborate with the headquarters to unify the personnel and administrative work of overseas teams (in the United States), and do a good job in recruitment, training, salary and performance, cultural construction, administrative management, and other aspects of overseas teams; 2. Based on the company's development strategy and specific plans for overseas business, assist in formulating overseas human resources plans, provide comprehensive and effective human resources solutions, and promote important projects of the company headquarters in the US company Implementation and implementation; 3. Gain a deep understanding of the operational goals and team planning of overseas companies, identify and allocate suitable talents to meet business development needs, and efficiently complete recruitment plans; 4. Based on the headquarters management system and policies and regulations of overseas countries, formulate and implement overseas human resource management processes and implement them, avoid employment risks, and ensure employment norms; 5. Responsible for communication management of overseas employees, conducting regular employee interviews to understand their ideological trends, providing corresponding guidance, and providing feedback and handling of issues; 6. Responsible for integrating cross-cultural integration between headquarters and overseas teams, creating a positive organizational atmosphere, and ensuring the sustained and healthy growth of the organization; 7. Support other human resources work at the headquarters. Working hours: 9:30-18:30, weekends off, statutory holidays off. Work location: 2008J, Qiancheng Center, Mabu Community, Xixiang Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. Salary and benefits: negotiable salary, six insurances and one fund, year-end bonus, peak season bonus, performance bonus, annual salary adjustment, transportation subsidy, communication subsidy, attendance bonus, holiday benefits, afternoon tea, regular physical examination, etc. 1、协同总部统一对接海外团队(美国)的人事行政工作,做好海外团队的招聘、培训、薪酬绩效、文化建设、行政管理等工作; 2、根据公司发展战略和海外业务的具体规划,协助制定海外人力资源规划,提供综合有效的人力资源解决方案,并推动公司总部重要项目在美国公司 的落地与实施; 3、深入了解海外公司运营目标和团队规划,配合业务发展需要挖掘和配置适合的人才,高效完成招聘计划; 4、结合总部管理体系和海外国家政策法规,制定并落实海外人力资源管理流程并落地执行,规避用工风险,确保用工规范; 5、负责海外员工的沟通管理工作,定期进行员工访谈,了解员工思想动态,给予相应的引导,并将问题进行反馈和处理; 6、负责整合总部与海外团队的跨文化融合,营造积极向上的组织氛围,保证组织的持续健康成长; 7、支持总部其他人力资源工作。 工作时间:9:30-18:30,周末双休,法定节假日休。 工作地点:深圳宝安区西乡街道麻布社区前城中心2008J。 薪资福利:薪资面议,六险一金、年终奖金,旺季奖金、绩效奖金、年度调薪、交通补贴、通讯补贴、全勤奖、节日福利、下午茶、定期体检等。
职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in studying abroad preferred; 2. More than 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years of experience in human resources in European and American countries; 3. Familiar with domestic and European and American labor management laws and regulations; 4. Have good cross-cultural communication skills, proficient in English, and can be used as a working language; 5. Can accept overseas business trips to Los Angeles, USA for a duration of 3-6 months per year. 1、大学本科及以上学历,有出国留学背景优先; 2、5年以上人力资源工作经验,至少2年以上欧美国家人力资源工作经验; 3、熟悉国内及欧美国家用工管理法律法规; 4、具备良好的跨国文化沟通能力,英语熟练,可作为工作语言; 5、能接受海外出差,出差地美国洛杉矶,出差时长:3~6个月/年。
