1. Familiar with local accounting systems and standards, familiar with accounting principles at home and abroad, understand local tax systems and basic laws, familiar with international accounting standards, and skilled in the application of ERP software; 2. Familiar with manufacturing business process, understand enterprise operation rules and factory system process, and have manufacturing factory experience; 3. Have team management experience and good management ideas; 4. Be good at communicating with people, have a certain emotional quotient, be positive, have the spirit of hard work, be able to adapt to local culture and habits, have professional ethics, have a correct personality and a sense of justice, and always put the interests of the company first;

English as the working language, to achieve communication and communication barrier free in finance major, proficient in Serbian is preferred.
