工作职责
1, Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria. 2, Designs job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each position. 3, Sourcing potential candidates through different channels. 4, Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. 5, Evaluate candidate information, including resumes and contact information. 6, Lead employer branding campaigns. 7, Organise and participate in job fairs and recruitment events. 8, Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for each department. 9, Build long-term relationships with past job seekers and potential candidates. 10, Help with employee onboarding, orientation and related processes.
职位要求
1, Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 2, Excellent oral and written English expression skills. 3, Experience in talent acquisition or similar work. 4, Familiar with different recruitment channels. 5, Practical experience in full-cycle recruitment using various interview techniques and assessment methods. 6, A keen understanding of the differences between the various roles within an organisation. 7, Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred.
