Products: Interrupter Employee: 300 Job Summary: Optimize production processes, assembly methods in order to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, cost and safety. Main accountability and responsibility: • Work on process improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness of manufacturing process and methods. • Process improvement line balance, line layout & proces flow optimization, improve assembly fixtures. • Issue & manage technical operation as, process change, SOP, pFMEA from NPI to MP. • Investigate quality issues by DMAIC that discovered in manufacturing. • Work close with Cross-functional team to ensure common KPI hit target as production Yield, OEE, Input/output, shipment. • Set up & follow up new equipment for improvement productivity & quality as Automation Welding machine, Grinding machine,... • DFM fixture design & review with supplier & inhouse then follow up to roll in in production. • End2end coodinate & design packing box & trouble solving with vendor. • Manage & update BOM, CT (rounting) in SAP. • Manage & conduct pFMEA & CIP follow up & report. • Calculate FCM ( Full Cost Model). • Manage CID/ ECN, drawing change to implement new product revision. • Hand over/ Transfer new model from development to mass production. Contribution & Achievements: •Cost reduction: Reduced 2HCs, reduced 1200 working hours in production •Yield improvement: Reduced FR 0.5% -> 0.2% of 3 Top issues, Yield up to 99,5%. •Rollin automation machines ( Sand blasting, Turning, Assembly, Screw, Push) - main PIC from invest step, design review to roll in MP. Launched 2 new models & other special order.

Main accountability and responsibility: • Research & develop new products (printers) from startup → trial → Ram up & mass production (Manage plan/ work progress/ manpower). • Co-work with RD to understand design of single part, unit → Analyze & find not good point of design → provide solution/ feedback to designer ( Stack-up tolerance, Assembly mater) • Technical transfer to suppliers & production by studying drawings, design concept. • Studying measurement methods (MSOP) of new parts with MQA team & supplier • Meet with external suppliers to discuss best structure of tool/ die/ production method. • Co-work/ negotiate with ASSY/QA/QC departments to resolve with assembly/ quality problem, improve production condition ( Failure Analysis& Correct Action) • Monitoring plan, process of suppliers (Metal, plastic, tape, label), support to solve quality problem to get components on time for new project launching. • Issuing then finally verifying ECN, TVP, AWI of new product/ sustaining product to production • Analyze deeply Mass Trail (MT/CR) quality problem to prevent happening in Mass Production • Being a main contact window with R&D center for design feedback. • High Orientation to reduce cost of product (Cost down activities) Contribution & Achievements: • Leader VE project of team to archive 0.8M$ in 2018. • Launched up success 1 perfect printer model with team in 2018. • Leader One pass rate (Yield 99.1% -> 99.5%) project of MP model in 2019, 2020.
