(1 year 7 months) I am working as a R&D (EE) enginner at Compal. - Drive failure analysis and corrective actions for function of Google Fitbit smart watch ( SMT and FATP) - Hardware validation (e.g power sequence, clock, I2C, SPI, UART interface,function) - Bring up measurements ( Function, waveform, clock....) - ESD function test

(1 year 9 months) - Drive yield improvement and warranty reduction - Work with R&D to asssess product features from NPI to MP - Collaborate with CFT (cross functional team) to resolve issues and give corrective action - NPI test plan, test coverage review - Make FAI process - OBA defective analysis - Do control run new materials and check function of new material - Do RMA unit analysis - Prepare daily, weekly, monthly meeting to control & improvement yield rate - Provide SOP to define clearly process and operator’s manipulation
