I have joined this Company to bring experience in machinery technology and in customer service team leading. It is a challenging experience especially because of our business focus on follow and develop the industrialization of techniques related to Electronic field and, especially more on a long term, the develop of new technologies in green energies field. As a member of the management team, I’m in charged of following Responsibilities : - caring about relationship between our company and customer and supporting our Sales - follow implementation of new projects with forecasting of time and feasibility - cooperate with HR and Administration in organization issues so to shape the company with a more international character - reach the successful signed off for Final Acceptance from the customer upon completion of installations and commissioning - cooperate in the process development of PV cell technology and PV module manufacturing - shape, drive and lead a CS team to be professional and customer-oriented to make sure that the Company quickly has a quality service and support capability in China and Taiwan - analyze company business growth and hire new engineers according with forecast

Responsibilities : - Supervise the installation of the implants of the new production building, caring about the correct following of the local laws and regulations related to electrical, air compressed, water and fireproof systems. -Lead the research of local suppliers,according to the procedures standards and quality policy set from FOM Group and caring about negotiation of prices and production details. - Full direct supervision of the Quality Control of the electric, pneumatic and mechanic parts made locally - Supervise the employee management for the Logistic, Production and Project Development Departments - Control all of the macro areas of departments - Responsible for the production information copyright and exchange with Italian headquarter. - Evaluation, together with branch Director, of new products priorities according with sales objectives. - Supervise the relation with Headquarter Engineering/Tech Dept. for any technical issues about parts to be produced locally for the whole FOM Group - Building maintenance management Achievements: - The first prototype of localized double head sawing machine has been tested successfully on February 2009, project completed with a team of 6 people in total -In the end of same year it has been introduced to production another2smaller machines,successfully tested by the end of 2010. - Up to end of October 2011the overall production includes over 120 double head sawing machines (in differentlengths), with a production increased from10pieces in2009,45pieces in2010and over 45pieces in first 6months of2011,plus50small machines from end of2010till end of May2011,with a production team,including office and fitters, of about 30 people.

Responsibilities : - Cooperate with the Technical person responsible of the China Service Area, for that it concerns assemblages, installation and maintenance of machines at the client’s site. - Manage the relationships and the information interchange with the Software, Service and Production department in Italy for those machines produced and delivered in the area managed from the Chinese branch - Responsible to be and create interface between Asia Pacific clients and headquarter in Italy.

Responsibilities : - Supervision, improvement and quality control of machines and spare parts, supplied by local manufacturers - Follow and optimize the start up of new production lines, according with the company quality standards - Collaboration with the local maintenance manager in the administration of the spare parts - Collaboration, support and technical education of local operators about installation, start up and maintenance.

Responsibilities : - Consult with engineering Dept. about machines and equipment modification in order to improve production and quality. - Management of the preparation of materials involved in the installation, cooperate with the purchase office. - Machines overall testing and related commissioning - Customer Focus orientation. Prioritizes a variety of projects and activities and directs actions to ensure customer satisfaction. - On Site resolution of problems such as electrics, mechanics, pneumatic and even online-clients support.

Responsibilities: -Manage of the maintenance of the electric plants. -Installation new electric plants. -Development of new control panels for machines and departments. -Evaluation and purchase products and spare parts.
